Description
Gain 15HP. You might not know it, but your accessories are draining up to 15HP they don't need. But you can get those ponies back by adding a set of BBK underdrive pulleys. BBK underdrive pulleys are designed so you can reduce the load your accessories put on your engine, without sacrificing cooling or charging performance.
Premium Quality. Made of aircraft quality aluminum alloy, these BBK aluminum pulleys won't weigh you down.
Hand Polished. The brilliant polished finish of these underdrive pulleys will give your engine bay a high performance look.
Easy Installation. Installation normally takes about 30 minutes and full instructions are included.
Application. These BBK underdrive pulleys are for the 1996 to Mid 2001 GT and 1996 to 1999 Cobra with a long water pump (bowed out face). Re-uses factory serpentine belt
Technical Note. Midway through the production run for the 2001 model year Ford changed the design of the water pump on the 4.6L engine. The older style pump produced from 1996 to mid 2001 had a longer shaft. In January of 2001 the design of the pump was changed to a shorter shaft. This necessitated a change in the design of the pump pulley.
