      Description

      Stronger Than Stock. When upgrading the rear gears in your Mustang it's always a good idea to replace the wimpy stock differential cover with a super strong, light weight Aluminum Differential Cover for additional safety and peace of mind.

      Finned Aluminum Reduces Heat. Constructed from light-weight cast aluminum the B&M Mustang 8.8" Differential Cover features a finned design that dissipates heat much faster than the factory unit to prolong the life of your ring and pinion gears.

      Recommended Upgrade. When changing your differential cover it is recommended to upgrade to fresh Royal Purple Synthetic Gear Oil. You will need 3 quarts of Gear Oil.

      Application. This Finned B&M Differential Cover is designed to fit the 1986-2014 Mustangs equipped with the 8.8" solid axle rear end, including the 2011-2014 V6, 1986-2014 GT, Bullitt, Mach 1, BOSS, Shelby GT500 and 1993-1998 SVT Cobra. It will not fit 1999-2004 Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) equipped SVT Cobras.
