      Description

      Ideal Upgrade. If you enjoy driving your Mustang hard, especially if you have some bolt-ons, it's easy to wear out your weak stock clutch. If your clutch is starting to slip or have that unmistakeable "burnt" smell, an Exedy Mach 500 Stage 2 Clutch will give you the holding power you need to light 'em up while maintaining driveability.

      Street or Strip. The Exedy Mach 500 Stage 2 Clutch is a performance oriented clutch upgrade, offering higher clamp loads without sacrificing driveability. It's perfect for the Mustang that stretches its legs on the street, strip, and track, since it offers smooth engagement with a firm, not rigid, pedal feel and is good to 498 ft-lbs of torque at the Rear Wheels.

      Premium Quality. The Exedy Mach 500 Stage 2 Clutch is designed to offer the durability and performance of a racing clutch with the driveability of a stock piece. To make the Mach 500 kit, Exedy combines an organic compound disc and a powerful, high clamp load pressure plate for crisp yet smooth engagement and great wear. All of Exedy's discs feature spring center dampers to reduce drivetrain shock.

      Application. This Exedy Mach 500 Stage 2 Clutch is designed for the 1986-1995 5.0, the 1993-1998 SVT Cobra, and the 1996-Mid 2001 GT with the T-5 or T-45 manual 10-spline transmission.
