This ET Street R Drag Tire features bias-ply construction for those high powered manual Mustangs that need a power-absorbing sidewall for high RPM clutch dumps off the starting line. This along with Mickey Thompson's sticky M5 race compound and a minimal tread design ensures good traction for consistent elapsed times. Being a D.O.T. approved drag tire, the ET Street R is perfect for use at the drag strip and for occasional fair weather street use to get you back and forth to the track.

Medium M5 Race-Type Compound. The medium race-style M5 compound of this ET Street R Tire by Mickey Thompson is designed for excellent dry traction and straight line performance driving. Keep in mind, this soft and flexible compound will wear much quicker than compounds designed for regular every day street tires.

Minimal Tread Design. The ET Street R is designed with a minimal tread void design that ensures excellent tread contact and superior dry grip. The ET Street R (race) features a tubeless construction that offers a lead-free seal without the hassle of tubes. The tubeless Radial Pro technology will provide the ultimate in dry traction on the street and strip.

These tires are designed to be used only on the rear wheels of your car during the summer and warm temperature months.
