      Required With Comp Cams Beehive Valve Springs. The New Comp Cams Beehive Valve Springs have a larger diameter than the stock Ford parts they replace so the require new retainers to handle the higher pressures developed by the new springs.

      Superior Quality. Comp Cams steel retainers are precision machined from strong 4140 chromemoly and completed in black oxide finish for a durable long life.

      Fitment. These Comp Cams Valve Spring Steel Retainers are designed to work with the Comp Cams Beehive Valve Springs Kit for the 1996-2004 4.6L four valve V8 Mustang.
