D4 ATF Transmission Fluid

Full Synthetic Formula. Red Line's fully-synthetic D4 ATF Transmission Fluid is the perfect fluid for use in your Mustangs automatic or manual transmission to help provide smoother shifts, better performance and as cheap effective insurance against any future transmission issues.

Superior Protection. Red Line D4 ATF Transmission Fluid is formulated to provide superior wear and tear protection as well as inhibit the formation of gum and sludge without thinning or foaming, to extend the life of your Mustangs transmission. Red Line D4 ATF Transmission Fluid also provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion.

Application. Red Line D4 ATF Transmission Fluid is recommended for all transmissions requiring Ford Mercon® and Mercon V® or GM Dexron II®, III® and Dexron IIIH® transmission fluids. This includes the automatic as well as the manual transmissions in late model Mustangs. Five (5) quarts are required for a regular transmission maintenance flush.

Technical Note. Do not use in applications where MERCON® SP, MERCON® LV, Continuously Variable Chain Type Transmission Fluid, Motorcraft® Premium Automatic Transmission Fluid, FNR5 Automatic Transmission Fluid or Type F Automatic Transmission Fluid is recommended.
